These are the only food I'm able to eat right now, as I'm currently suffering from a chronic illness that's gone misdiagnosed for years, any time I eat anything I get sick And pain, but these are gluten free, non gmo, healthy quality snacks, these cashews are the best thing that has happened to me in a VERY long time! These help me get my protein in, without needing to eat a huge meal, as I'm unable to do so, these also have been helping my digestive tract, I noticed after eating these for a few days, that's I actually have been feeling alot better mentally and even physically, despite the chronic illness, I went 5 days consuming Handfuel snacks, and no takeout, no gluten, no dairy, just some fruit with it, and ive been actually feeling alot better than I have in a very long time!Thank you again Handfuel!
