It's a little dry. Tastes good.A good mid afternoon pick me upTrying my hardest to adapt to a bulletproof lifestyle & these bars are great! I like the fudge brownie & shortbread the best. Chews & digests easilyThe ingredient list is pretty solid, and I was really excited to have a new way to incorporate collagen into my diet. I like the texture of the bars (chewy, just a little bit crumbly, not at all crunchy), but they're just too sweet for my taste. Maybe it's because I've been cutting out everything else that is sugary. Also, the front of the packaging says 2g sugar, but there are 4g of net carbs. I'll eat them, but I won't be buying these on a regular basis.Easy to digest & I like that they are low in sugar & carbs. Wish they didn't use stevia; less noticeable in the fudge brownie one. Holds up ok in hot temps but can get a little oily. Can get a little sticky in your teeth if you try to eat quickly.These used to be my go to healthy bars. I should have known something was up when the Brice went drastically down then started going up again. Totally different bar. It was like a shortbread cookie, now it’s like a generic chewy protein flavored bar. They are not returnable either. In for a search for new favorite.Good nutrition all wrapped up in a neat little package. Great energy source!I love their products. Been using their MCT supplement and these bars are great.
