First, I would like to preface this review by saying that I have tried many different brands and flavors of protein powder over the years and the flavor of Optimum GS Casein Chocolate Supreme protein powder is delicious and by far the best chocolate flavor.Here is my list of Pros & Cons:Pros- Best flavor!- 24 grams of protein per scoop- Only 120 calories per scoopConsThere are not a lot of cons to report about this product, but here are my list of things I noticed and tried to change.- Consistency of shake can be thick. I added additional water and it was fine.- If mixing in a blender, don’t use too much ice, it doesn’t mix well.- I used at night to keep me satiated and I do feel like I woke up a little more hungry than usual.- When I used first thing in the morning, I feel like it did keep me feeling full longer.Overall, excellent product. Great taste, high protein, low calories and I will be reordering.
