Very healthy ingredients starting with milk, protein, isolate, fruits, and vegetables. No bad ingredients and it taste great. Nutritionally this is a keto protein snack, but it looks and taste more like a sweet breakfast cereal.Really the only negative is the prices on the high side. Otherwise I would be inclined to put these in a bowl with milk and have them for breakfast most mornings. So far I have only tried the salted caramel flavor, but I will be ordering more flavors soon.
