I decided to try these just to switch up my routine of regular potato chips and what have you, oh my gosh- I don’t think I’m going to look back! These are SO good and I would absolutely recommend them.I really love these snacks, this has been my go to for a quick salty treat for about a month now, all the flavors are outstanding, and they are so freaking good for you.I think I will be switching over from pork rinds indefinitely, theses are so good!These are basically spicy rice cakes in disguise. Maybe, save your self the money and get some other spicy snack. They are tasty and healthier than pork rinds. As a vegetarian, i commend them for trying. However, texture is simply rice cake. Flavor is great. Worth a try. Not a valid pork rind replacement. This is obvious marketing gimmick that's working. These are simply spicy rice cake snacks. Not as special. Glad i tried. Will not buy again. These are a good/great snack if you enjoy spicy. Just rubs me wrong that they are marketed as pork rind substitute. These are also not special as I've had the same product in a different package before.Hot fries and hot Cheetos were always my favorite. I’ve been vegan over 5 years and have tried so many things hoping it’d get close to either. This is the only one ever that I’ve even liked and purchased religiously. I'm not a person who peddle things just because they are vegan/vegetarian, messaging is something isn't right, I'm not making excuses for it. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian, and have been one for 18 years, but I don't let that compromise my taste buds. Some of my veggie brethren should be ashamed of themselves for saying how good things that they know are subpar just because that's all we have available. SMH. With that said, I'll give these B-.The consistency is right in between a pork rind and a rice cake. Imagine if those two had a baby and there you go. The flavor is very good, but with a name like "hella hot" I was expecting some serious heat. For reference, I typically order medium+ at Indian restaurants, I get the extra spicy salsa at Qdoba, and I consider the fire sauce at taco bell to be medium at best, so it's possible these may have enough heat for you. As for whether I would buy them again, yes I would, but not at this price. The most I would pay is $3 per bag, MAYBE $3.50, but that's it.Loved these they were very good.
