It does not have a taste, which is good because I add a scoop to my coffeeI cannot tell the difference between different brands.My finger nails are stronger.I think my hair and fingernails grow faster but I have not measured.I also take glucosamine for my joints so I cannot tell much difference in my joints. I am no longer skeptic.The Full Story: I was watching late night TV when an informercial for this Ancient Nutrition collagen powder came on. I had considered trying collagen but there were so many types and brands and claims that I just didn't bother. After seeing the informercial, I decided to give this one a try in January 2020. It is now July 2021 and I have been using it ever since.This powder is not completely tasteless. I taste a little something when I use it in unflavored things but it disappears in orange juice or smoothies. It also changes the consistency of my drinks a bit. I was thinking I would probably just finish the first container and be done with it but, after a first few weeks, I noticed that my chronic stomach aches were gone. I suffered nearly daily stomach aches and had a slew of medical tests, all inconclusive. Suddenly my stomach aches were gone. I decided to buy another container of this powder and see if it was just timing or it really was helping. There was a week in between container one and two and my stomach aches came back. They left again when I started back on the powder.That alone was enough for me to stay loyal to this brand everyday forverrrrrrrrrrr. But I also noticed my hair and nails were growing and I wasn't as achy. The one thing I didn't expect though was to be turned down by a plastic surgeon who also does filler injections. I have had hollows under my eyes for years. I had filler there a time or two out of desperation not to look like a dead woman walking. It had been four years since I did anything like that and I felt the time was right to do it again at the start of this year. Due to covid protocols, I was unable to get in to see the doctor until last week although I made the appointment in February. I will be taking it daily for the foreseeable future.When I did my investigation on what kind of collagen I needed everyone was saying you need one of everything you need the marine, you need bovine one and two and four. instead of taking one or making your own bone broth which is a pain in the neck but it's really good for you, I found this particular one Dr axes formula produced by Whole Foods or Amazon is the best one I've had so far. I don't get stomach aches with it it has everything that I need as far as pain I just started it a week ago I take it every day adding stuff in it and it is so far so good.I actually mix it in my coffee and my juice, over ready for else I want to put it in and then I have my smoothie once a day and that's where I take the other half of a scoop and I do my thingI've only had this for a few days and find it easy to put in various drinks and food. I'm using it once a day and enjoy it at lunch time. Very impressed already with the softness of my skin and hope it works in other ways too. So glad I ordered this!I received my product this evening. The container was only half full of the product when I opened it. I don’t understand why that should be. I have attached a picture which shows how much empty space there is in the container. That is not right.I just started trying this out and thought it was fairly good, my skin seems better overall and my joints which were causing me discomfort whilst exercising were feeling better. However I came back online and realised the price has increased by 100% for seemingly no reason. the website itself is literally selling the bigger tub of this for less money! So I will not be buying again as they are obviously being greedy for no reason other then trying to make a 100% profit.For the size of the bottle the contents were about 1/2 bottle maybe using a smaller bottle.
