I've suffered nearly lifelong depression. I have developed C-PTSD which also went undiagnosed for years, and my already lowered cognition has responded as expected. I eventually learned that I don't process things as fully as most others do, and many things I had tried in order to improve myself had failed in specific ways. One likely hurdle being that years of mental difficulties, both emotional and cognitive, have caused physiological difficulties as well and so my body may not respond to trearments as would be expected. The low molecular weight of this substance, and how it can overcome blockages in the blood-brain barrier, stood out to me. I'm extremely glad I tried it.I tried 3 per day for the first month I think, and increased to the 6 swiftly. I believe the 3 helped enough within a couple weeks to trigger the desire to continue the supplement (note - my mental state had made it difficult to comprehend even simple things like if I were sick or tired, or any change in how I might feel.
