Product Description

Quest Nutrition's mission is to revolutionize food and make clean eating fun! Quest Bars were created from a simple idea: Food should taste as good as it is good for you. QUEST NUTRITION Founded in 2010, a small group of wellness enthusiasts gathered around a kitchen with a vision for a NEW kind of protein bar that they actually wanted to eat. They knew they weren’t the only ones in need of a product that doesn’t compromise. Others were looking for a way to cheat clean, and it wasn’t out there. So Quest decided to make it. Not just for them, but for everyone who wants to eat better and enjoy every bite. ROLLING PINS AND HAND-HELD KNIVES After several months huddled around Quest Creator Shannon Penna, slowly but surely Quest was able to learn what works and what doesn’t. Finally, they got to the point where the bars were delicious and nutritious enough to sell. Made with rolling pins and hand-held knives, Quest propelled forward by a clear goal to change lives. FLAVORS FOR EVERYONE What started out as a brand that had two flavors, Quest Nutrition how has over 20 unique flavors and bars that are made for everyone. Vanilla Almond Crunch and Peanut Butter Supreme have been around since the creation of Quest, with new flavors added in the years following to expand their already delicious flavors!

The "chocolate sprinkled donut" should be called "chocolate tootsie roll", then it would be aptly named. Unfortunately, it's not my favorite flavor. However, it so happened that I received two of these in the assorted or variety pack. Therefore, it's not a true variety that the consumer will receive.Im constantly on the go, I supplement some of my meals with these bars. They are relatively filling and do not have that "heavy gut " effect that I have found to be a common occurrence with the consumption of other protein bars. The amount of protein and calories of these bars works for my dietary needs.I really enjoy these protein bars. They are flavorful and not dry and chalky like other bars. They don't try to be candy bars with that plastic like chocolate coating. The blueberry muffin flavor actually tastes like a blueberry muffin, peanutbutter tastes like peanutbutter.Over all I find the texture and flavors to be appealing. The variety pack has a few flavors I was not able to find in my area stores and I was willing to pay a little more for that reason. However I can buy most single flavors in bulk at my local grocery at an average of less than $2 a bar.As far as flavor, texture, protein to calorie ratio and total sugars you are hard pressed to find a better protein bar on the market today. This is all just my opinion though. The strawberry cheesecake flavor is probably the worst flavor they have. That is the only negative thing I have to say about Quest bars though. The presentation rating is based on the fact that they came in a plain white box.The individual wrappers I find to be eye catching and I can easily spot them when on a shelf.Unable to eat due to tasteI’ve been eating a Quest bar for breakfast on my way to work every day for several years. I started when I was on WeightWatchers because they were the fewest points of any other protein bar. They’re filling with lots of protein and fiber but not many calories. The texture of all of them is chewy. I started with the cookie dough flavor which was great but I got tired of it. Then I switched to the oatmeal flavor which was even better until I got tired of it. I got this adventure pack to find a new flavor (or flavors) to eat instead! My reviews are below:* Choc chip cookie dough- tired of it (but pretty good before that)* Oatmeal choc chip - tired of it (but really good before that)* Raspberry white choc - really good* Chocolate Peanut Butter - pretty good* Blueberry muffin - pretty good to start, just ok by end* Maple waffle - ok, a little sticky, not my thing* S’mores - actually pretty good. Not overly sweet like I was expecting and didn’t really taste like s’mores to me. Reminded me of actual cookie dough.* Vanilla Almond Crunch - just ok. Soft with occasional tiny crunchy pieces in it.* Cinnamon Roll - just ok. Had a few small pieces of nuts in it. Didn’t taste like much of anything.* Double chocolate chunk (new purple wrapper) - pretty good* Cookies N Cream - pretty goodStrawberry cheesecake was good, not as sweet though an odd texture. The waffle one was rich but good. The double chocolate and smores were dreadful. Nothing about it was pleasant.Vanilla almond crunch was downright disgusting took one night and knew it was no good. Barely made it through a quarter of the bar before I just tossed it.Did not get Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Coconut Cashew,Apple Pie.The blueberry muffin and cinnamon roll ones were amazing, perfect consistency and not too sweet. The chocolate chip cookie dough is tolerable for both consistency and taste. The cookies and cream is ok but kind of bland. The white chocolate raspberry is rich but good.Flavors I wish I could buy individually: cinnamon roll, and blueberry muffinFlavors I already by individually in store : cookies and cream, white chocolate raspberry.I really enjoy these bars! They have higher protein, and fewer calories than my regular Adkins cookie dough bars.I was introduced to them after trying a birthday cake flavored one, which is still my favorite. They taste like a protein bar, so if you actually expect maple waffles in the package instead of a flavored replacement version, you’re in the wrong place. But if you’re used to protein bars and their after-tastes than I think you’ll enjoy them.I gave 4/5 because they arrived totally smashed. Luckily they’re soft bars, so it wasn’t messy, but every bar looked like they had been sat on.I care about ingredients and Quest is one of the few that I have found to be more pure than most. The best thing about Quest is that their ingredients taste better than the others. I bought this Adventure Pack a few weeks ago as a means of a backup snack from when I am in school and to have an emergency on hand food item in case my blood sugar drops too low when I am not at home (Diabetic). However, I haven't had to use them as a snack for myself while in school because my group of Surg Techs are always hungry and with these bars, I always have their backs when hunger strikes. They have tried 8/12 from the pack and all of them have been a hit. I will need to double up my purchases to keep my supply going! Was just able to have one for myself and it was the Blueberry Muffin and let me tell you, I think this is my new favorite!I tried multiple protein bars trying to find one that wasn't chalky, rock-hard, or just plain old tasted awful. Quest bars had come highly recommended by a few people at my gym so I decided to give them a try. I ordered the Adventure Variety Pack and my only complaint is that I didn't try them sooner! These are great for on the go and perfect in the morning before my workout. Leaves me filling full but not sluggish. I love that they have ~20g protein in each bar and only about 4-5 net carbs. The only flavor I didn't care for was Smores and that's probably only because I don't care for Smores anyway! White Chocolate Raspberry and Cinnamon Roll are probably my favorites. I order a box every couple weeks! Always ships fast and arrives undamaged.
