I was directed by a doctor to try these for relief of emotional stress, as I was going through a very difficult breakup. They helped me a ton, especially to help me sleep. I take one at bedtime, and sleep like a rock. I take one in the morning on more difficult days, and it helps me focus and stay calm better.I did notice a bit of a difference, and maybe for some people this would work well, but for me it made me a little foggy feeling, and also I thought I had a little” off “ feeling for a day or so.Straight away I will say these work.
