As I said in review last month, I've been eating 4 boxes of these a month for about 10 years. Generally, they're fresh and delicious. Last month they were not. They were older and hard. This month they are soft and delicious again, (as they are at least 90% to 95% of orders). I recommend them wholeheartedly. They're high in protein and have only 3 healthy ingredients. After at least one per day for over 10 years, I still love them and have not tired of them.
