Wow. This is probably the SMOOTHEST vegan protein powder I've ever tried! I give this powder top marks for blendability and taste - it's silky and the taste reminds me of classic vanilla ice cream. I love the organic ingredients and natural sweeteners, too. (As a type 1 diavetic, I appreciate that it doesn't spike my bloodsugars, either.)I do have to count off one star because it doesn't have added digestive enzymes - which are helpful to prevent bloating and other issues typical with plant powders. And also no added BCAAs, which are needed for muscle-building and usually on the low side in plant proteins. (But since I'm an omnivore, and I'm just using this to supplement my protein intake, I'm not as worried about them not being added here.)That said, what this powder lacks in added perks it makes up for with its superior taste and creamy texture. I have so far had this mixed with milk, shaken with water, blended into smoothies, added to muffin recipes, and also mixed with oatmeal - and it was delicious every time.I will definitely buy it again.I love this protein powder. I'm lactose intolerant, and I have no reaction to this product. Besides the protein, there are many extra vitamins that are good for my body that I don't normally get from eating the right foods. And I hate taking multi vitamins, so this is protein and vitamins all in one. I make a shake every morning with fruit and almond milk and it curves my hunger til the afternoon. This is the best protein powder I've ever used, and would recommend it to everyone.This powder has the best protein to calorie ratio I've found so far, but you should probably be careful with some of the fat soluble vitamins, if you have several servings a day, watch how much you're getting of those vitamins. That said, since starting a program that uses this protein powder, I've felt better and had less hunger between supplements. And you want to add about it? We said we should be reviewing stuff when it actually turns out so we do a lot of research.This powder makes 15 servings. I like it with coffee and ice blended. Making a smoothie I usually only add 3/4 a scoop, blueberries with few tablespoons of yogurt, salad mix, pecans, cinnamon or ginger, ice and blend.Very quick, easy. To go nutritional breakfast.This is a great product. I have used this for years. You can mix in smoothies, sweets, oatmeal and even cereal. We have found out in milk with cereal is best to mix before adding cereal and when oatmeal is almost done seems to be the best time to mix, and make sure you have a little liquid because it will make drier with powder.I'm in my 50s and have used protein powders for the past 36 years. This is the best I've used.1. It mixes easily with a shaker cup/jar.2. Its primary ingredient is whey isolate. A superior form of whey protein.3. The price makes it a good value for your money.4. It's not filled with additives, or sugar/carbs. Yes, there are some, but If you just want protein and just protein, this is about as good as it gets.Buy it!One of my favorite proteins I use religiously. I've tried strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. Vanilla is personally my favorite it blends very well, is very good in taste, and I like how I can control how many I want to consume from just strictly protein. One thing I can say is when trying the strawberry protein it fluffs up a lot more so when adding ice or liquid use a little less otherwise Isopure is my favorite.Been having it for years and I love this brand.
