Love cashews & caramel - this is the best of both worlds for me added with a lot of protein. I use it when I'm in a rush & don't have time for lunch or breakfast.No fake sugar taste which I love. My favorite is the salty peanut and caramel cashew. Great amount of protein for the calories, definitely a great snack between mealsAll the flavors are good but cookies and cream is my favorite. This brand is the best tasting across the board compared to all other protein bars.Definitely make plans to get these right into AC if you’re ordering, I was out for errands when they were dropped off on a 95 degree day and they melted somewhat in the sun between delivery and when I got back home and brought them inside. Not my favorite flavor either, definitely try the cashew caramel or the chocolate dough.This is a great product. I have a so. That is just now a Junior in HighSchool and he uses these. The main grab for these is he supports a 6’11 frame playing football. I recommend these very highly. One of my friends recommended these, saying they tasted like candy bars. Personally I wasn't a huge fan. They taste pretty good but then have somewhat of an aftertaste. Not the worst bars I've ever had, but not the best. Just kind of so-so.
