Sono ormai anni che compro questi prodotti. Ho provato diverse marche di creatina (giusto per fare un paragone) e mi sono quasi sempre trovato male. Non so se per via dell'effetto placebo, ma sono sempre tornato indietro su questa. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo.Per quanto riguarda le proteine invece, mi divido fra queste e quelle di un'altra marca che non nominerò. Optimum produce tranquillamente uno dei migliori prodotti sul mercato. Ho notato un notevole aumento di forza e massa nei periodi in cui seguivo un severo regime di allenamento. D'altronde senza allenarsi bene questi prodotti non posso dare i loro frutti. Io prendo sempre il gusto Cioccolato al Latte. Un gusto perfetto.
