I know that some may be vegan for reasons like health and don’t want any form of milk proteins but I love anything vegan!! This protein is the best one I’ve ever tried that is plant based. I am not vegan or gluten-free, but I LOVE that this is made with animal-free dairy. I appreciate the science behind it, and the lower environmental impact is definitely a big plus for me. You can simply dissolve it with cold water or add it to your smoothies. I take it right after my morning workouts, and it keeps me feeling fuller for longer.
