I've been eating this granola every morning for about 16 months now. I put it on top of some vanilla yogurt, cut up two apples to eat alongside it and enjoy. This is the best KIND flavor easily in my opinion. It's an easy way to get something healthy in your stomach. The stuff is a little spendy, however I guess it's a price I'm willing to pay
