If you have a frenemy in one of those God-forsaken "supper clubs" then this is THE secret weapon to bring them down to size. ALL the Cipriani things offered are the TOP, and will make even the worst catty mouth, or mother-in-law, shut up, quick. My absolute favorite is the one they make with spinach but I've tried them all and they are all great and nothing comes close. I wish they weren't so terribly expensive or I would buy more. Maybe they could discount if you buy in lots. I have to do a lot of family stuff, and, unfortunately, business entertaining.....but this stuff is the winning ticket and makes the MOST unpleasant "gourmet" pretender quiet....and actually, give raves....please splurge at least once. And for your own dear mother, or a true friend, feed them this, and then give one ;pack as a beloved gift.
