I ordered the chocolate ones but the pics here are of the pumpkin spice flavor.These are quite impressive as long as you make them properly. It's not difficult at all, but for some reason people are really getting it wrong. This is NOT something you eat with a spoon. It comes out as a cakey\muffin-ish type of consistency. I think these are fantastic as after dinner desserts that have far less calories and sugar and FAR more protein than any other dessert\snack you could find.Just follow the directions and they come out great. Don't add too much water and watch as it cooks in the microwave in case it rises too much. Mine rise to the top of the cup perfectly.
