I am struggling on what review Mission meats should get so I will explain below. (not on flavor)I totally ordered the wrong product, my bother buys them for work the big/adult ones. I got like half size kid ones, same flavor which by the way is DeliciousI cannot remember if the bigger ones he buys has the sausages skin, which I take off just gross for me texture wise me.I ordered like the 288 count and Amazon said the delivery was complete when I only received two bags, but I did end up receiving all or enough of them I stopped counting hah.My biggest problem with this order is once again the bigger ones you can open with ease, these darn kids ones its like about 70% I have to open with scissors. This was a complete surprise since once again the adult product you can open with ease and shouldn't a kids product be even easier to open?(edit) I just tried to show with a picture of how hard or bad they open with a new bag since I have only opened one of the like 7 bags and the first two opened with ease so maybe just one bag was off? :) who knows.So seriously the only problem is how hard they are to open. So 5 stars- flavor, quality all there thank you!!!These lightly spiced beef sticks are very tasty and all ages seem to like them - there is only one drawback that is a bother and that is the packages are hard to open if your hands are at all weak...not sure a child could open their own snack at school! I have to used scissors to open the covering....Didn't like the tasteI LOVE these graze sticks for kids (but I’m not a kid, far from it, I’m an old person). This was not my first order of these delicious, very convenient snacks. I order them regularly. A few years ago I tried the original (for adults??) graze sticks but, for me, they were too spicy. Once I learned of the new “for kids” version that is 1/2 the size and 1/2 the spice as the original version, I gave them a try and they were perfect for me! (Although the spice level, even at 1/2 of the original, is at the very top of my tolerance for spiciness.) My 91 year old mother lives 650 miles away from me and I fly to see her frequently. These snacks are the perfect thing to take on plane trips. But I also eat them at home. When I am busy with projects at home, I will eat 2 of these almost every day just because they taste so good and are so convenient. My husband just asked me to order him a pack to take to work. I’ve also given them as gifts.My son and his family really love these delicious treats made with quality ingredients. His two-year-old daughter is not fond of meat, but she loves Mission Meats Snacks!I purchase these for snacks at my office and they are conveniently sized and wrapped.We have purchased twice now. The first package we got, the meat sticks were red and very flavorful. The second, the meat sticks were dull brown and completely bland. I'm not sure what happened, but we either got different kinds in the wrong packaging or the batches are wildly different, or maybe the brown ones were old. Either way, not good. I don't think we will be ordering again, which sucks because the first ones were delicious.I was looking for a healthier and more natural alternative to the mild Slim Jim snack sticks. These are FAR superior in ever way and I absolutely love every bit of them. I also bought the bacon sticks and those are even better. Just be aware that the 24 pack or "kids size" is the same size as the snack sticks by Slim Jim, whereas the 12 pack has larger, more standard jerky size portions. I wanted smaller snacks, so I couldn't be more pleased.
