This is great if you run out of (or can't afford) eggs. I do find you need to use a bit more than mentioned to get some eggs going though. I mix it with frozen spinach, bacon bits and a bit of water and cook in a small round pan and make little breakfast bites. (The consistency is more like what you might buy frozen.) I will keep this on hand moving forward. I've not tried it for baking. It would be good to add into noodles too.It is a quality product, but still a bit pricey in my opinion. For me it's worth it as it will last a long time. Good to have on hand.
