I ordered this protein mix to mix with water or almond milk for a quick meal or snack. I was disapointed. I think this mix would be fine if you were going to blend it with fruit and ice and milk but I ordered it for the sole purpse of not wanting to have to go to all the truoble of blending. The first time i tried this mix i used some almond milk and 2 scoops of this powder and I started to shake it all up. I shook this bottle up all day to no avail. When I tried to drink my "shake" it had tons of gross little clumps. Bleh. I love the chocolate taste but I could not get passed the clumps. It was wasted money for meTaste is much improved than the first chocolate i had and fills me up quite well. Lost 4 lbs in 1 month and i had to stop because it might have caused my gout flareup. Im not sure.Loooooove this stuff. Sometimes I mix it with 1 scoop of shake mix or its tasty by itself. Great for weight loss or control, it keeps you full and you can play with it to make it taste how ever you want. Here's a recipe for a thick tasty shake: 2 scoops of protein drink mix, cup of ice, 6-8 oz of water or 2% milk (or soy milk,) 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon of cocoa mix, and 1 teaspoon of chocolate pudding. It comes out like a frosty where you can eat with a spoon for a snack to fight unhealthy cravings.Good, but no scooper with it....Thank you so much! I have received! Now im ready to get healthy again.I was impressed on how fast my shipment arrived but i was disappointed when i opened the box and the lid to the canister was broke. I looked for the broken pieces in the box and they were no where to be found. With that being said this canister was placed in the box already broken! Not very happy about that!As far as the product i do think it is pretty good you just have to be creative when making it to switch it up a bit!Value for money
