I love the flavor. I use this in my coffee and sometimes make a icy shake with this product. Love the flavor. Holds me over until lunch.I’ve tried a lot of meal replacement shakes (keto and non-keto). They’ve all had questionable and artificial after-tastes. Decided to give the Keto Chow Chocolate Peanut Butter a try with a little less that 4oz. of heavy whipping cream and was delighted by it. It’s best making the drink the night before and keeping it in the fridge overnight so it’s ready for breakfast. They’re good in the fridge for about 5-6 days. There is a slight after-taste if you chug it, but it wasn’t bad. Most shakes had me cringing after each sip, but not this one. I made another one, but instead of using water, I used coffee. OMG! Best coffee ever. I’m gonna try the Snickerdoodle when I’m done with this batch.I’ve been doing keto for quite some time. My weight loss had almost totally stalled (I don’t work out along with keto). But after one full week of Keto Chow shakes 3 times daily my weight loss is back in high gear and I’m down 5 lbs. I was very worried that I’d be craving solid food if I started doing shakes only. I fast for 16 hours and drink the shakes at certain times during my 8 hours eating window. I rarely feel hungry and never have any cravings for solid food. The shakes are so good it honestly feels like I’m cheating with each one. Definitely give Keto Chow a try even if you’re only using it as a single meal replacement. I was looking for something which would replace calories and a meal all at one time. I have been doing fasting + keto though the fasting part was easier.I used heavy cream (1/2 cup) but I found it too heavy so next time I will cut to 1/4 cup because the calorie load of that is too high for my allotment at half a cup. Shake it for 60 seconds and put in the fridge and you’re good to go in 30 mins or so. The longer you let it sit overnight it will be thicker and more filling. Next time I will make at night and then have in the late morning. Again I was trying this, I am not an expert!Flavor was great, though not like chocolate peanut butter ice cream like some people wish it was. Nothing will be as good as that. This is close and to be honest one of the better tasting “shakes” I have had in a long time. Yes the packet was somewhat expensive for a serving but I would pay the same at a smoothie store locally and get less.This is a great way you try these out to make sure you like them. I have a very sensitive stomach and it didn't bother me at all.06/09/2020 Update:4. Banana 4.5/5Holy smokes this one is delicious. It's not overpowering with the banana flavor. It seems to get thicker than the other flavors, not sure why, but usually needs a little bit more water added. -.5 since it has a weird metallic aftertaste.5. Salted Caramel 5/5This was the first one I tried making with butter and I think it's better this way than using heavy cream. Tastes just like salted caramel shakes you'd get from an ice cream shop, except a little more salty. I like mixing this flavor with banana.6. Vanilla 3/5It's just okay. A little bland, but hey that's vanilla. This one wasn't good with butter. It needs the creaminess of heavy cream to be drinkable. I just didn't look forward to it like I did with banana, chocolate peanut butter, and salted caramel. I've never been a huge fan of vanilla protein shakes though, so this is just my preference.7. Chocolate. 5/5Great with heavy cream and butter! It's dark and rich and the saltiness of the shake compliments the chocolate flavor. I use water and heavy cream with my shakes, so your results my vary if you use avocado oil. I also make sure to always let them sit overnight I. The fridge before drinking them. The flavor changes quite drastically in some cases.1. Peanut butter chocolate 5/5This is a good shake and the best I've had so far. Too bad it is higher calories and carbs due to the peanuts. The flavors of this shake are perfectly balanced with each other. I am a lover of peanut butter and if you are too, you will certainly enjoy this shake.2. Mocha 3/5This was a forgettable flavor. It wasn't bad, but very meh. Not enough coffee flavor and I thought it had a bit of a medicinal aftertaste. I was hoping it would be similar to a mocha frappucino, but it didn't live up to expectations.3. Strawberry 4.25/5I love strawberries and I was looking forward to this shake. I was worried it might have an intense "fake strawberry" taste, but I was pleasantly surprised! The flavor is quite mild and very good with heavy cream. I would describe it like vanilla with strawberry flavor added.The reason I took away . 75 from the rating is that this one does NOT taste good when you first mix it. It's very salty has the same medicinal taste as the mocha, but that completely goes away after a few hours.
