I have been recently diagnosed with diabetes. I always loved sweets, but know that I had to cut my candy/cake consumption as low as possible.I discovered Fiber One Protein. It has low sugar and carbs, and a very decent amount of protein. On top of that, it is delicious. When I need a candy "fix", I grab for the box. It more than satisfies my cravings.These are good snack bars.Great product just wish it was a little cheaper. Love the subscription option.These protein bars arrived fresh & in great condition.GreatOnly 4 WW points and it tastes like 20. Great value.I found out the hard way (or perhaps I should say soft) how much fiber is in these, which I don’t need. I was too caught up with the taste and low sugar. Pace yourself. ?Tried these, bc I get the crispy caramel ones & LOVE those. These were alright, not great. Definitely will stick to my regular ones. But if you really like coconut, these may be good for you!
