Obsessed. Great ingredients except for the gums but everything else I love. Tastes great and inexpensive. Effective and filling. Blends well too if u use a blender or frother or shaker bottle. Tastes best with milkThis is a pretty good chocolate protein powder, although we usually prefer the double chocolate flavor. It is definitely good for being low carb. I wish it were sweetened with monk fruit rather than stevia because I don't like the aftertaste of stevia. That means I have to limit how much of this powder I use in anything.This protein powder has a very light vanilla taste but it blends so well into my hot cup of coffee. I added just a little bit of protein powder at a time and used an electric whisk to incorporate it. I added a few other ingredients to make my coffee perfect and enjoyed a very nice cup of hot protein coffee this morning!I have been using this brand of protein for years. It costs more but the flavor and texture is worth it. I use the vanilla flavor in the morning with my fruit to make an smoothie. Sometimes I use the chocolate flavor for my afternoon snack with a little instant coffee, stevia, and cream to make a low carb iced mocha latte. Great low calorie/ow carb snack!I have been using Designer Whey for a VERY long time. I have always enjoyed the protein shakes I've made and happy to know the level of nutrition the product delivers with low carbs & calories.The only change I've noted is in the thickness of the shake they make.....it's less so now. Making my shake with ice and a heaping tablespoon of whole milk plain yogurt helps brings back some of that shake thickness.I love this brand, blends very well, no chalky taste, no chunks..HOWEVER....this particular flavor was kind of a let down. Although it does taste like strawberry, its a very bland, flat taste that almost needs 3 scoops for the flavor (I only do 1 scoop due to the monster scooper it comes with). Although it suggests water, it really has no flavor. I also tried 2%milk which tastes a little better but I feel like this would definitely be better off in a smoothie where you can add things to bring out the flavor. On the bright side, I always recommend this brand of Whey Protein just cz it helps with alot of digestive issues. I would tell you give it a shot, everybody's taste buddy are different.As a senior citizen, I've been using another whey protein powder for strength and overall well-being. Before I ran out, I was getting indigestion and wasn't enjoying the vanilla flavor. Decided to try this one because of the reviews and strawberry flavor. Today was my first smoothie (1/3 banana, 3 strawberries, almond milk and water). Am very happy with it and can happily recommend!Have only tried vanilla and the unflavored powder - love both
