Loved it but after a bit the mouth feel detracts from the overall experience. Eat in small batches is the best way for this product but that is hard to do.There’s soooo much to say about this jerky so I’ll just leave this review simple. I brought 6 different bags of jerky and this one wins by a landslideThe flavor is GREAT 10/10It’s softNo nitratesNo chemicalsReal ingredientsMelts in your mouthThe $8 bag comes with just enough to satisfy your cravingThe only thing is some of the pieces have crumbledBut there are some big slices in the bagTaste is good! However, too many hard & chewy pieces. I'm assuming the brisket was not trimmed well.I got this for my husband. We enjoyed it so much I couldn’t take a picture. Nice and tender!The texture and feel of the jerky does not feel like your typical jerky. It’s not as dry or as chewy, I can see this can be a turnoff for some people. I actually don’t mind it but the taste is why I’m giving a 3 or 3.5 stars. There was an after taste that just lingers in my mouth for a good 15-20 minutes, it was like iron plus something else. I tried the teriyaki brisket I don’t know about the other flavors.Absolutely the most delicious tender brisket jerky I've ever had. Unfortunately because it's so tender it goes so fast I wish they would offer an 80 ounce bag. I'm ordering again after 2 days that's how long it took me to finish this bag would have been a single night but I had to refrain myselfwas pretty amazing altho i will say this, if u plan to eat this be sure to understand ur going to be hitting that rest room sometime during the day xDD outside that was really really goodas advertised
