The mix is great. Excellent macros and low carb. I thought the flavor was too strong. In my mind it's too sweet both in Chocolate and Vanilla. I've been mixing it unflavored powder and collagen to take the edge off. Overall very happy. Doesn't mix well with water.First time I tried it I mixed it with milk, but unlike many reviewers before me I did have a few powder puffs that wouldn't dissolve. Some found it too sweet. It is sweet but not in an overbearingly rich sort of way. Next time I tried it with water and it tastes just like a Yahoo soft drink which I love. A problem I'm facing now is that I'm going to drink it up just because it tastes good.To find out its recovery benefits I gave myself a triple workout. Afterwards I slammed a tall glass of the formula, I got that sensation in my nitrous pumped veins that this is just what the doctor ordered and muscle recovery came pretty fast.I like It! I mix It with almond milk and some cinnamon and drink every morning. My favorite vanilla protein shake isn’t made anymore so this is the next best thing.This protein powder frothed up in the blender, and I hate the texture of my smoothies. I wanted to buy something cheap, and that's exactly what I got. I should have bought something higher quality. I ended up throwing this away ): What a waste.Tastes great, a little too sweet though.
