Taste wise this is pretty good you taste the salmon very clearly, there's not much of a smoked taste and I didn't get any of the kind of left over metallic after taste some canned fish gives. Biggest problems with it are the texture and price. Texturally it has a mix of big chunks and tiny pieces that are basically dissolving in the water making them hard to pick up I would like to of had more firm large chunks. The price is also just too high it's $7.99 for one tin at the time of writing this so unless you plan to stock up and store these for a long time you can go get non tinned smoked salmon for the same price and get more of it through a variety of brands.
